The Walk
About the walk | Route mapStarting on 6th October 2008 Clive and Joyce Westlake walked from Harefield Hospital to Bristol over a period of 8 days. Funds have been raised by individual sponsorship and commercial backing, which provide for the purchase of specific equipment to be used in the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis sufferers by Harefield Hospital and the Bristol Royal Infirmary.
The Avon and Somerset Police Constabulary lent their support and provided liaison with other police constabularies, and we are grateful for their support.
